5# cold storage project is located on Southeast to the Crossing of Mengshansi Road and Yiheyi Road, Linyi Comprehensive Free Trade Zone. This project was approved by State Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of China on July 14, 2017 and started construction on Sept. 8, 2017 with a total investment of RMB 150 million yuan and a total construction area 27,000m², covering an area of about 29,061m². This project includes a cold storage of 18,300m², a checking platform of 1,900m², office area of 2,074m², hallway of 2,974 m², machine room of 743 m² and parking waiting area of 12,800 m². There are totally three floors in the cold storage. The first floor is the designated supervision site for imported meat of the comprehensive free trade zone. The second and third floors are common bonded cold storages. At present, the west section of the project is the designated supervision site for imported meat approved by the General Administration of Customs. While the east section is the special warehouse for centralized supervision of imported cold chain food in charge of the centralized disinfection and sterilization for imported cold chain food to Linyi. 

2# Steel structure warehouse project is a one-storey steel structure building with a total investment of RMB 30 million yuan and a construction area of 9,972.48 m², which now is used as an imported commodity distribution center.
